If there's anything I haven't answered for you, please feel free to contact me here or at 430.558.4959. Personal Brand Images are a horse of a different color. They require more time and planning than Headshots.
Q: Do you require payment in full upfront?
A: Half the payment is required to schedule your date and time. Payment must be made in full before your images are released.
Q: How much time will be required for Headshots?
A: For every headshot image booked there will be up to fifteen minutes per client. If two images are expected, there will be up to thirty minutes allotted. For instance, a group of ten people each need a single image; I will be available for up to two and a half hours total.
Q: Can we split Headshot times up throughout the day?
A: No. All images must be done consecutively. There will be an additional fee if any images need to be done outside of the scheduled session time regardless of the reason. Once your date and time are set that locks other clients out of that availability.
Q: What can we expect on location?
A: Before we schedule an on-location shoot, I'll need to come to view the space and determine the proper lighting needed.
Q: After the Headshots are taken, when will we receive them?
A: If only minor retouching is necessary and the balance is paid in full, you should receive your images within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after our session ends.
Q: What resolution will the Headshot images be given in?
A: All images will come in both a high and web resolution digital file for faster upload time for social media profiles and website usage. If you're needing a specific resolution for a website or graphic, there will be an additional fee. Please contact me for rates.
Q: What do I wear for Headshots?
A: A consultation will be scheduled before the session date. If you are a group and would like a single person to be on the consult, I'm happy to do that. For starters, it's a good idea to wear solid neutral colors. A business jacket over a dress shirt is standard professional attire. Please do not get a haircut less than two weeks prior to your session. Do have your hair, facial hair, and nails looking their best.
Q: What do I need to bring for a Headshot session?
A: If you would like to change suit coats, jewelry, or ties for a different look, please be sure to bring those extra items. Hairspray and a comb or brush are always suggested to have with you the day of the session.
Q: What do I need to know if I'm having hair and makeup done?
A: I'll connect you to my hair and makeup artist at least three days prior to your session so you may work out those details together.
Q: Am I able to have only makeup and not hair done or vice versa?
A: Yes, the fee would be half of the combined total.
